You owe it to yourself… and everyone else in your life.
In a world where we’re always connected and plugged in, being present is something we really need to make a priority.
In episode 4 of my podcast we go deeper into the conversation of how to turn off the auto-response, to stop going through the motions, and instead begin to live as an active member of your life. Continue reading “Being Present”
3 weeks after investing, she made more than enough to cover the cost of my coaching.
She was a single mom, running her own business, going through a very difficult divorce, and she had this massive idea. This idea she couldn’t ignore anymore. It was almost Christmas and “extra” money wasn’t a thing in her world any time, let alone around the holidays. But she made a leap on the gut feeling that she needed to work with me.
I will never forget our first call. It was so vulnerable. She cried, a lot. She ripped herself wide open about where she was at, where she had been, and what she was so scared to move forward with. And I remember sinking back into my chair thinking, “Holy shit, this girl is going to alter her entire universe with this work.”
The world was waiting for her to put this out there. Her people were waiting for her to put this out there. Her soul was longing to put this out there. So why hadn’t she? Continue reading “Transformation”
“Jamie, you live alone and your clients are virtual… why do you pay for an office space??”
Well, “because I can” is my initial response to that question.
BUT I’ll give you a little more insight on how this choice helps me and could possibly help you too!
I have a few days a week that are heavy call days, ones in which I spend a lot of intentional effort to be in a very specific state of mind so I’m showing up the best for my peeps… and myself!
Those mornings I get up and do my killer morning routine, spend time with my pup, get all dressed up and ready for the day then head to my office space for the day.

Credit cards paid off. Mindset work to shift your family. Self awareness through consistency. Calmness instead of Chaos… what do these all have in common?
When I first started Operation: DO it was a place for me to be able to give more detailed coaching in a group setting. The goal was to be able to help people that weren’t ready or didn’t need private coaching. I share about my life and my experiences. I teach on productivity and time management. And I talk about life. How to make yours easier, less complicated, more intentional, and to design it exactly the way you want it to be.
I’m not sure if it’s because we’ve recently had several serious scares with my mom’s health or if I’m attracting more of these kinds of conversations but lately I’ve noticed something among so many people I’ve encountered and it’s quite honestly pissing me off.
Here’s why; Your health isn’t something to fuck around with.
You only get one body. That’s it. There’s no redo. There’s no turning it in for a new model. And while yes, this country especially has been feeding the masses full of false information about health for decades, it’s the age of information and you have all the data you need to turn your health around at your fingertips.
Yes, doctors can be involved, and they can guide you, BUT YOU HAVE CONTROL AS WELL. You have control over the most important parts. Continue reading “PROJECT MANAGING YOUR HEALTH”
So maybe you didn’t stick to the plan. Life happened and you lost track and by the time you realized it, it seemed like so far gone that there was no way you could get back to it and actually be productive so you just have been avoiding it.
Ya know, that goal you set earlier this year. That thing you declared you were going to do this year.
That weight you were going to lose. That new regimen you were going to put in place. That new business you were going to start. That new program you were going to launch. That new part of your lifestyle you were determined to implement. That weekly quality time with your wife or husband that you were going to start making a priority. That time you were going to make sure you spent taking care of yourself. That money you were going to start saving. That debt you were going to pay off.
Whatever that “thing” was that you proclaimed that you were going to focus on, change, and handle this year… It just hasn’t happened.
Life happened instead. Continue reading “Didn’t Stick To The Plan?”
