When your team becomes your family.
It’s been such an interesting ride in building a virtual business these past 6 years. I remember when the thought of working with a coach or subcontractor that I’d never met before felt so foreign, or temporary.
Looking back I realize that due to the way I originally learned that business was “supposed” to be, that is where those beliefs came from.
“Good help is hard to find”
“Finding someone who is reliable is almost impossible”
“Sometimes you just need to find a warm body to fill the chair”

A couple of years ago someone asked me what brought me joy and honestly, I froze. I didn’t know what to say. I wasn’t sure how to answer that question at all.
I mean, my business brought me joy, my clients made me happy, my successes we’re great but actual JOY? I was fresh out of ideas.
So, I started down this path of seeking job in all of the little moments that occur. Mix that with gratitude and it’s proving to be a very rewarding experience to create.
So I ask you, how much are you leaving on the table without joy?

A lot has changed recently. What used to be normal isn’t present anymore and now a lot of us are left scrambling trying to figure out how we’re supposed to exist now. There are a lot of emotions coming up, some of which we’re feeling all in the same hour right now…some that we’ve never really faced before. It’s all a new reality to navigate.
