“I have some news”.
I started a few conversations that way recently and then immediately realized that statement made it sound like I was about to tell someone I was pregnant…
Which I am not so I quickly had to make that point clear which made it a little awkward for a minute but in true Jamie fashion, I like to keep things interesting. Maybe “I made a decision” was a better approach to the news.
No, that sounded weird too. And that’s when I realized that I was spending entirely too much time worrying about telling people something that was MINE. My news. My decision. My excitement. My next step. My latest adventure. Why was I so worried about how to approach this conversation with other people? The words didn’t matter. Continue reading “I Have Some News”
NEWSFLASH: You’re allowed to feel pretty and you’re allowed to share a photo of yourself that you like simply because you like it.
It doesn’t have to meet anyone’s standards or fit within the guidelines of what anyone else thinks is appropriate.
It’s your life.
It’s your body.
You can be smart
and a massive boss
all while still being sexy
All. At. The. Same. Time.
You don’t have to trade one for the other, EVER. Continue reading “You’re Allowed to Feel Pretty”
Be willing to do the inner work, the deep healing work.
I mean looking under every rock, under every excuse you’ve ever made, under every lie you’ve ever told, under every pattern you’ve ever repeated, on every ounce of self-doubt or fear or negative thought you have about yourself. It means looking under every moment that sticks out to you at all.
It’s listening to your inner voice while being self-aware enough to recognize when your subconscious is trying to battle you with intentions that no longer serve you and then being willing to shine a flashlight into the darkness and uncover why.
It’s not pretty. Continue reading “True Freedom”
“My private clients hire me because of who I am, how I live, and what I share. They are ready. They are confident in the process. They are so sure that they barely ask any questions, they just know inside of them that they need to hire me. My ideal clients seek me out and come to me ready, willing, and able to invest time, energy, and money in themselves. My ideal clients show up now. They can feel this space I’ve created for them and they are ready to fill it.
They are such beautiful souls, so driven, yet so in search of something different… something more… something calm and peaceful yet powerful and profound. They know in their souls that I am the person to help guide them through their journey and they show up fully to allow me to do just that.
My soul mate clients open their hearts and minds to me and allow me to help them navigate through the shifts they’re looking to create in order to fully release and live life on their terms.

Someone just reminded me that it is Friday.
Honestly, other than knowing who’s calls are on which days I typically don’t pay any attention to the what day of the week it is.
In my world, my weekends are pretty similar to any other day. Granted, I don’t do calls on the weekend or take appointments but I’m still creating, still responding to emails and supporting my clients, and still building my brand.
To some of you that might sound terrible… you know to “work on the weekends” but here’s the thing I want you to understand… I’ve built my life this way on purpose. To where every day is amazing. Every day I get to spend my time doing what I love in one way or another. And I’ve designed it to where everything I choose to do each day fits directly into what I’m building. So basically, me living is me “working”. It’s all the same to me.
Spending time alone… strengthening mindset, resetting, and quieting so I can listen.
Visiting with family or friends… fueling my soul, gaining different perspectives, and keeping my heart happy and relationships balanced.
Writing about my life or my experiences… clearing my mind, fueling my soul, and spreading my message in the process.
Driving or flying anywhere… time to think. Clear my mind. Get creative. Record voice messages to myself, my team, my clients. Catch up on audio-books or podcasts.
Getting my hair done… time to catch up with an old friend (fuel for my soul), gain perspective through those conversations and have some time to be disconnected from my phone in the process. Plus the tangible finished product provides a very necessary part of my brand as well.

Could I have accomplished everything I have in the last 4 years without a coach?
Would it have taken me a lot longer and cost me a lot more of my sanity?
Having someone in your corner to guide you, offer a different perspective, question you, give advice, and PUSH you when needed is priceless and it’s honestly something I personally would never be without as an Entrepreneur.
It’s an important part of growth in all areas of your life though honestly. I have coaches for my spirituality, my mindset, my finances, my skin, my body, my nutrition, my relationships.
Some of them overlap into the same person, which is nice but some of them I have a specific person for a specific area. And let me tell you, there is no price you can put on having someone in your life that not only knows your personal situation but also truly cares about you and is able to give you expert advice when you need it.
When people ask me why someone would invest in a coach like me, I typically don’t spend a lot of time in that conversation because if you don’t grasp that concept then you’re not my people.
You want more? You surround yourself with people who can help you create what you want in your life. End of story.
