We all seem to want more of something… but maybe it feels like an empty desire. One that’s fun to say but doesn’t seem at all like it could ever be a reality. OR maybe it feels sad or discouraging because nothing ever seems to work out right.
There’s never enough money or time or progress… What if I told you that you could flip that narrative and start actually getting more?
Well– what you track… grows.

Accountability. It really is the key everyone is looking for.
Its just not the fake, easy, extra shiny and glittery kind you can buy off the shelf on your way out the store like blame is.
If everyone would stop trying to point fingers, blame others, or try to find some “reason” as to why something is a certain way and realize that accepting the facts of your own involvement, your own choices every moment of every day, then all that crap that you’re piling up around you as the “culprits” would diminish and you could get back to the real situation, YOU. Feeling scrambled? Maybe flustered even?
Down about yourself? Or a little like you’re lost?
Look around you, at your physical space…
Your office space
How does it look?
More importantly, how does it FEEL?
If it’s cluttered, stuff stacked everywhere, dust piled up, nothing in the room that makes you smile or feel joy… then I suggest you start there. Continue reading “Physical Space”
Sometimes I get so caught up in client phone calls and mindset work that I forget how much I actually like the other stuff too. Like writing strategies and plans for start ups or marketing content plans for clients who are looking to build community.
Or creating programs that I’m so freaking passionate about I don’t even have to think about it, they just flow from my finger tips.
I must admit, it’s been a while since I’ve had a day like today. A day filled with light and more creativity than I knew what to do with. Where I ate all the meals, drank all the water, did all of the things on the lists, meditated 3x, ate lunch at my dining room table disconnected, walked Bonnie a ton, stretched like 5x, worked out, showered, had exceptional conversations, and my bedtime routine was as on point as my morning. 3 weeks after investing, she made more than enough to cover the cost of my coaching.
She was a single mom, running her own business, going through a very difficult divorce, and she had this massive idea. This idea she couldn’t ignore anymore. It was almost Christmas and “extra” money wasn’t a thing in her world any time, let alone around the holidays. But she made a leap on the gut feeling that she needed to work with me.
I will never forget our first call. It was so vulnerable. She cried, a lot. She ripped herself wide open about where she was at, where she had been, and what she was so scared to move forward with. And I remember sinking back into my chair thinking, “Holy shit, this girl is going to alter her entire universe with this work.”
The world was waiting for her to put this out there. Her people were waiting for her to put this out there. Her soul was longing to put this out there. So why hadn’t she? Continue reading “Transformation”
The heat kicks on in this house and it’s like you turned on a white noise machine. Chandler hates it because it means he has to turn up the TV to hear his shows, but I actually find it super comforting, especially in the morning before anyone else is awake. It’s like a barrier of sound that muffles everything just a little bit, just enough for me to refocus my thoughts when life gets a little too loud.
And guys, let me tell you life has been really damn loud lately. A lot has been happening that I couldn’t have planned for if I was Merlin himself but as I sit here this morning reflecting back on how life has been transpiring lately and looking to what this week has in store, I can honestly say that through it all, I’ve stayed surprisingly calm. So, it’s been proven that the way you spend the first hour of your day sets the stage for the way your entire day is going to play out. And you know that I wholeheartedly believe in that statement.
I take my morning routine very seriously. But here’s the thing… it was really easy to stick to my morning routine when it was just me and two dogs in the house. The worst that happened was I was interrupted by a whine or a nudging wet nose who wanted a pet or a snuggle. Fast forward to my current life and well, the morning routine thing is hell of a lot different than it used to be. Continue reading “Morning Routine”
Could I have accomplished everything I have in the last 4 years without a coach?
Would it have taken me a lot longer and cost me a lot more of my sanity?
Having someone in your corner to guide you, offer a different perspective, question you, give advice, and PUSH you when needed is priceless and it’s honestly something I personally would never be without as an Entrepreneur.
It’s an important part of growth in all areas of your life though honestly. I have coaches for my spirituality, my mindset, my finances, my skin, my body, my nutrition, my relationships.
Some of them overlap into the same person, which is nice but some of them I have a specific person for a specific area. And let me tell you, there is no price you can put on having someone in your life that not only knows your personal situation but also truly cares about you and is able to give you expert advice when you need it.
When people ask me why someone would invest in a coach like me, I typically don’t spend a lot of time in that conversation because if you don’t grasp that concept then you’re not my people.
You want more? You surround yourself with people who can help you create what you want in your life. End of story.

Listen, some days are going to be… trying to say the least.
Some days you’ll have a constant conversation with yourself in your head about what is a story and what is the truth.
Because your mind will try to play tricks on you. It will bring up any old past shit that it thinks “might” explain a situation in order to try and “protect” you but it’s up to you to be self-aware enough to look that shit in the face and decipher if its fact or fiction.
Sometimes those subconscious things really are legit and a great device to point out things that need your attention… But sometimes they are totally off. In fact, a lot of times they are based on things that have nothing at all to do with the current situation and are 100% a fabricated story inside of your head.
So what happens if you believe that story? Continue reading “Self-Awareness”
So maybe you didn’t stick to the plan. Life happened and you lost track and by the time you realized it, it seemed like so far gone that there was no way you could get back to it and actually be productive so you just have been avoiding it.
Ya know, that goal you set earlier this year. That thing you declared you were going to do this year.
That weight you were going to lose. That new regimen you were going to put in place. That new business you were going to start. That new program you were going to launch. That new part of your lifestyle you were determined to implement. That weekly quality time with your wife or husband that you were going to start making a priority. That time you were going to make sure you spent taking care of yourself. That money you were going to start saving. That debt you were going to pay off.
Whatever that “thing” was that you proclaimed that you were going to focus on, change, and handle this year… It just hasn’t happened.
Life happened instead. Continue reading “Didn’t Stick To The Plan?”
