Are you one of those people who only gets certain things for certain stores?
Because I am.
I frequent Trader Joe’s and Aldi more than anything BUT neither of them have the oats I like so I go to Dierbergs for those and for fage yogurt because I’m obsessed. AND Annie’s Burritos because also obsessed. (OH, and the local produce stand because they’re unbeatable on produce. Plus it’s the cutest place ever and makes me so happy!) Then there are items that I refuse to purchase anywhere besides Sam’s Club because the price point is just too good to pass up. I mean, I can get a massive bag of coffee beans at Sam’s for roughly the same price as a small, off brand bag at a regular grocery store and I just am not about that life.
I think we all have our things. Things we like from certain places for certain reasons. Continue reading “Intentional Shopping”
Sometimes it’s a constant game of calling yourself out. Yep, every time you have a negative thought, or want to ignore a task, or find yourself going down the rabbit hole of fiction after making an assumption.
That work never stops. It’s something you have to actively change, address, and improve on.
Does it get easier? Yes. Continue reading “Constant Game”
You owe it to yourself… and everyone else in your life.
In a world where we’re always connected and plugged in, being present is something we really need to make a priority.
In episode 4 of my podcast we go deeper into the conversation of how to turn off the auto-response, to stop going through the motions, and instead begin to live as an active member of your life. Continue reading “Being Present”
I’m not sure if it’s because we’ve recently had several serious scares with my mom’s health or if I’m attracting more of these kinds of conversations but lately I’ve noticed something among so many people I’ve encountered and it’s quite honestly pissing me off.
Here’s why; Your health isn’t something to fuck around with.
You only get one body. That’s it. There’s no redo. There’s no turning it in for a new model. And while yes, this country especially has been feeding the masses full of false information about health for decades, it’s the age of information and you have all the data you need to turn your health around at your fingertips.
Yes, doctors can be involved, and they can guide you, BUT YOU HAVE CONTROL AS WELL. You have control over the most important parts. Continue reading “PROJECT MANAGING YOUR HEALTH”
Clearing space today.
This has become something I truly enjoy doing regularly. Because what I’ve realized is that physically every time I do this practice, I get rid of more stuff that is not serving me. I release emotional or energetic holds on things that aren’t healthy or serving or maybe are just simply taking up space. Continue reading “Clearing Space”
One client is on a plane to attend a massive 4 day corporate event with people from all over the world.
One client just took a private jet to tour a facility and have a lunch meeting with a potential new vendor whose obviously rolling out the red carpet to impress him.
One client just signed a $6k deal with a huge salon. This is her biggest ticket item and an amazing opportunity.

10 hours in the car, lots to unpack and put away before jumping into a little work before I can finally go to bed after what feels like the longest day ever.
I knew I barely had anything in the fridge because I was gone for 10 days so I cleaned it out before I left. I also knew I wouldn’t want to go to the grocery store tonight… so I could have just eaten something out of the freezer or some ramen or went through a drive thru but instead I planned ahead.

It’s funny how one day can hold so many highs and so many lows.
How you can have the best morning, have good conversations, and have exciting things happen but then have an utterly trying afternoon. One that makes you want to crawl under a hole.
