Remember who you are.
Without your age, the number on the scale, your report card, or your bank account.
Without the amount of friends you have, or expensive things you own.
Know who you are; your truest, most raw self.
When you start to doubt or worry, remember who you are at your core.
All of those other thoughts are in your head, fueled by your ego.
When you check in and get in touch with who you are at your core, you’re checking in with your heart center, with your gut, with your inner self.
And once you tune into that channel, make it a habit to do it frequently and stay in touch because that’s the purest part of your existence and the piece that will always lead you to your truest callings.
“I have some news”.
I started a few conversations that way recently and then immediately realized that statement made it sound like I was about to tell someone I was pregnant…
Which I am not so I quickly had to make that point clear which made it a little awkward for a minute but in true Jamie fashion, I like to keep things interesting. Maybe “I made a decision” was a better approach to the news.
No, that sounded weird too. And that’s when I realized that I was spending entirely too much time worrying about telling people something that was MINE. My news. My decision. My excitement. My next step. My latest adventure. Why was I so worried about how to approach this conversation with other people? The words didn’t matter. Continue reading “I Have Some News”
“My private clients hire me because of who I am, how I live, and what I share. They are ready. They are confident in the process. They are so sure that they barely ask any questions, they just know inside of them that they need to hire me. My ideal clients seek me out and come to me ready, willing, and able to invest time, energy, and money in themselves. My ideal clients show up now. They can feel this space I’ve created for them and they are ready to fill it.
They are such beautiful souls, so driven, yet so in search of something different… something more… something calm and peaceful yet powerful and profound. They know in their souls that I am the person to help guide them through their journey and they show up fully to allow me to do just that.
My soul mate clients open their hearts and minds to me and allow me to help them navigate through the shifts they’re looking to create in order to fully release and live life on their terms.

“I know, I know… My life is so glamorous”…
I’ve caught myself saying this a few times lately, sort of poking fun at myself as I’m conducting my daily life… you know meal prepping or spending my holiday weekend working and organizing my house. Like this morning…it’s Memorial day and someone texted me asking, “What are you doing?” And I thought to myself as I was walking through the grocery store… “Man, my life is so glamorous” and I laughed out loud. There’s a lot of people in my community that say “I want to work with you. I need to work with you” but when it comes to making the financial investment, they just can’t. Like REALLY can’t.
And I get that. I totally do.

A good coach picks you…not the other way around.
A good coach doesn’t just jump into a deal with you just because youre ready to pay them. They don’t take your money before seeing if you’re a good fit.
A good coach is picky about who they choose to work with.
Yes, you may be hiring them and you’re the one giving them your money but to a good coach, its about more than that.
It’s just as much their decision to work with you as it is yours to work with them. Continue reading “As you head into the New Year…”
