Uncover a Fresh Approach to Your Life

Uncover a Fresh Approach to Your Life

It’s a new mindset…That’s actually what it is.

It has nothing to do with the new year, it’s just a time that we all feel better about the blank slate type feel of January SO why not take advantage of that and set ourselves up right with a New Year Mindset!?

Mindset is everything. I know people like to say that but I’ve been living it since before it was a cool statement to make and I am so freaking passionate about helping people see it for themselves.

Along with your perspective, your mindset truly sets you apart from the rest. It also sets the tone for every single thing you do, every word you say, and everything you interpret. You use your mindset all day everyday, like a million times probably.

So whether we like to admit it or not, our mindset can truly set the tone for everything in our world.

Remember that blank slate we were just talking about? Continue reading “Uncover a Fresh Approach to Your Life”

Impact

Impact

“If I wouldn’t have hired you when I did, I probably wouldn’t still be alive”.

I will never forget the feeling of hearing that statement from one of my clients. It knocked me back in my seat. I remember crying when we got off the phone because of the impact he made on me during that conversation.

I didn’t know he was close to giving up on living when we started our work together.

I knew he had goals, he needed structure and we had a lot of mindset work to do, but I didn’t know suicidal thoughts were at play. During the first few months of working with a new client, we spend a lot of time going deep, like really deep into the dark shadows of self. We uncover fears and limiting patterns, unhealthy habits and space that needs room to breathe. Sometimes those are just around performance, professional growth, communication, self-worth, rebelling against structure, lacking a plan, etc. Continue reading “Impact”

Constant Game

Constant Game

Sometimes it’s a constant game of calling yourself out. Yep, every time you have a negative thought, or want to ignore a task, or find yourself going down the rabbit hole of fiction after making an assumption.

That work never stops. It’s something you have to actively change, address, and improve on.

Does it get easier? Yes. Continue reading “Constant Game”

Overspent Energy

Overspent Energy

**Originally Published January 24th, 2020**

I overspent my energy this week.

It doesn’t mean I overbooked or was too “busy” because that is actually a very different thing.

A while back my therapist told me about how she plans her week, which of course being the planner enthusiast that I am, I was all ears for some insight on how someone else does it. One thing that she explained is how she budgets her energy between the different responsibilities she has. Meaning she determined how many clients she was going to see that week/day based on the other obligations or activities she was going to have as well. She wanted to make sure she wasn’t spending all of her allotted energy on work, leaving an empty tank for her family when she got home. Continue reading “Overspent Energy”

Open to Receiving

Open to Receiving

When you’ve been silently winning battles and totally transforming yourself knowing in your bones that everything is playing out the way it’s supposed to… even in those moments where all you want to do is to have it RIGHT NOW and it’s really hard you can still see so clearly that this is just another piece of what has to transpire in order for you to actually get that thing you want so badly in the first place… you keep the faith. You stay vibing as high as possible. You keep believing that the universe has your back and that things always happen in divine timing.

And then one day you’ll find yourself standing in the middle of what you wanted so badly and you’ll almost be scared to even allow yourself to feel giddy for fear that it might not last or might not be real. Continue reading “Open to Receiving”

Fridays

Fridays

A long time ago I decided I would never do calls on Fridays. I set Friday aside as a day for me to do whatever I wanted or needed to do. Sometimes that meant a day of fun, sometimes that meant catching up on all the shit that I didn’t get to the rest of the week, and sometimes I used it if someone needs to reschedule and it’s the only time that works.

Either way, it was and still is a catch all day for me and I super enjoy having it that way.

Then about a year ago a long time client of mine signed back up and Friday mornings was the only time that worked for him. So we started the schedule of Friday morning calls.

Yep, broke my own rule on that one… but here is why:

This client and I vibe so freaking well that our calls very rarely drain me. Even if they’re emotional or deep, I still walk away feeling super energized for my day. Maybe its purely the intention I put in, maybe it’s the fact that he’s awesome, or maybe it’s the fact that this guys MAKES SHIT HAPPEN. Over close to 4 years of working together I’ve watched him shift so many things into creating the exact visions he had from the first conversation we ever had. And he just keeps doing the things. Designing A Life You Love

“You’re working on the cruise?! Why??”

“Just turn your phone off and enjoy yourself.”

“What if something work related triggers you and ruins your whole day?”

These are all comments I’ve heard over the past couple of days after I last minute jumped on a boat for the next 10 days… First off, yes, I am working in the ship because my life is my work. It doesn’t feel like work most of the time. Sometimes it does but even in those moments,I’ve created this lifestyle so it’s all just a part of how I do life every day. That doesn’t change no matter where I am. And it’s truly a beautiful thing.

When your work lights up your soul and fuels you, it’s not a thing you “have” to do. It’s something you GET to do! Continue reading “Designing A Life You Love”

It’s All Connected

It’s All Connected

When I started searching for a way that everything was connected, it all changed for me. I was told by others that every area of our lives impacts the other and I believed that to be true, but the way it was being taught to me didn’t FEEL connected. It was all very logical and like a single task list. It seemed to be more about checking things off the list every day than it did about being present, engaged, and feeling into all of the things that I was doing every day instead.

And while I am the Queen of Productivity, that still didn’t sit well with me. Doing things just to say I did them? Nope. Certainly didn’t feel in integrity to me, not even a little bit.

So I started searching for a way to take it all deeper. I started researching psychology, energy, vibration, intention, feeling. I went down the rabbit hole of discovering how everything really was connected, on a deeper level. On a soul-based level. On a level that changed the entire way, I operated in every area of my life. And I found it. Continue reading “It’s All Connected”

Transformation

Transformation

3 weeks after investing, she made more than enough to cover the cost of my coaching.

She was a single mom, running her own business, going through a very difficult divorce, and she had this massive idea. This idea she couldn’t ignore anymore. It was almost Christmas and “extra” money wasn’t a thing in her world any time, let alone around the holidays. But she made a leap on the gut feeling that she needed to work with me.

I will never forget our first call. It was so vulnerable. She cried, a lot. She ripped herself wide open about where she was at, where she had been, and what she was so scared to move forward with. And I remember sinking back into my chair thinking, “Holy shit, this girl is going to alter her entire universe with this work.”

The world was waiting for her to put this out there. Her people were waiting for her to put this out there. Her soul was longing to put this out there. So why hadn’t she? Continue reading “Transformation”

Remember Who You Are

Remember Who You Are

Remember who you are.

Without your age, the number on the scale, your report card, or your bank account.

Without the amount of friends you have, or expensive things you own.

Know who you are; your truest, most raw self.

When you start to doubt or worry, remember who you are at your core.

All of those other thoughts are in your head, fueled by your ego.

When you check in and get in touch with who you are at your core, you’re checking in with your heart center, with your gut, with your inner self.

And once you tune into that channel, make it a habit to do it frequently and stay in touch because that’s the purest part of your existence and the piece that will always lead you to your truest callings.
