Ya know what’s cool? When I can help my clients set up all of the admin, behind the scenes systems, and basically anything they need for their business to run smoothly and efficiently because I’ve done it too.
Before I had an assistant, I did it all myself. I took the webinars. I paid for trainings. I built it all myself at one point. I tweaked it along the way too so I have several options to suggest depending on what my client is looking to create.
And before I was full time building this business, I built other peoples businesses. Every department. Every level. All of the things. In the auto body industry, automotive repair, towing, event planning, landscaping construction, transportation, risk management, property damage assessment, claims management, promotional marketing… I think that covers most of it. Do you ever have those moments where someone says something to you, or about you and it TOTALLY catches you off guard? Like in a good way, though. In a way that makes you sit back in your chair and go “WOW”… and your heart feels like it might burst?
Yeah, that just happened to me. And I wanted to share it with you;
“I reached out to Jamie 3 years ago with the idea of something I’d never heard of before, starting a coaching business for hairstylists.
I did NOT expect her response.
When I told her my idea, she said, “I don’t think you know how quickly you can make money doing that.”
Fast forward 3 years later, and we’ve built things I never even dreamed of when I made that first phone call.
What I’ve learned, is that the magic is in the mundane. It’s the consistency of the mindset work. It’s the journaling, creating space for quiet and rest, and visualizing. The things we are “too busy” to do are actually the things that create everything we want.
Do it for a little while and it works… and that’s when most people stop.
Do it for a long time, and it creates the foundation for a life you wouldn’t even dream possible.
Do the things Jamie teaches, consistently and unwaveringly, and watch your whole life change.”
Reading those words that a private client of mine sent brings tears to my eyes and an immense amount of pride to my heart. It’s always great to see your work… work. And to see it change someone’s life is just icing on the cake.

Having a ring side seat to watch my clients win is something I’ll never get tired of witnessing.
It’s truly an honor.
It’s an honor to be entrusted with their most vulnerable moments, their fears, their worries, their losses, and their moments they see as “not good enough” or not making it.

I took my first business trip when I was 20. I was working for a Risk Management company at the time and the team I was a part of worked for one of the nation’s largest waste management companies. The division I worked for hosted their yearly training in Las Vegas and I was able to go. All expenses paid. It was amazing.
Second time ever being on a plane, first time ever traveling alone. Looking back now I don’t remember having the awareness of how great of an opportunity that was. Continue reading “My First Business Trip”
So maybe you didn’t stick to the plan. Life happened and you lost track and by the time you realized it, it seemed like so far gone that there was no way you could get back to it and actually be productive so you just have been avoiding it.
Ya know, that goal you set earlier this year. That thing you declared you were going to do this year.
That weight you were going to lose. That new regimen you were going to put in place. That new business you were going to start. That new program you were going to launch. That new part of your lifestyle you were determined to implement. That weekly quality time with your wife or husband that you were going to start making a priority. That time you were going to make sure you spent taking care of yourself. That money you were going to start saving. That debt you were going to pay off.
Whatever that “thing” was that you proclaimed that you were going to focus on, change, and handle this year… It just hasn’t happened.
Life happened instead. Continue reading “Didn’t Stick To The Plan?”
Look, a Coach isn’t going to stop you from being a pussy.
It’s not going to stop you from being scared.
They’re not going to wave a magic wand that suddenly makes you jump into gear and quit being a lazy ass.
It all comes down to a CHOICE.
It’s all a choice that YOU get to make. Continue reading “The Choice is Yours”
