Guys… she doesn’t know unless you tell her. That thing you wish she would do or the fact that it makes you sad if she leaves the house and doesn’t kiss you, she doesn’t know. Open up your mouth and tell her. Say the words. Because I promise you, she doesn’t know.
Ladies… He can’t read your mind. He doesn’t know what you want. He doesn’t know that little thing he does makes you want to scream. He doesn’t know that you long for him to come up behind you and wrap his arms around you. Open your mouth and tell him. Tell him what you need, what you want, what you feel like you’re missing.
I speak to people every day who don’t feel fulfilled, who aren’t happy, or think their relationship is missing something, and let me tell you…it is. Continue reading “Communication”
What do you start your day with each morning?
>Puppy snuggles because they make my heart happy and once the day gets going, I don’t always have a chance to stop and snuggle them when they want it.
>Journaling to clear my mind and get my creativity flowing. You can’t expect to control your thoughts when you don’t ever sort through them. That’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
>Visualization to keep my reality matching my dreams and to make sure the universe and I are on the same page about my desires. Because if you’re not clear about what you want, you’ll never get more.
>Reading something that makes me smile and sparks something deep within me. I don’t always spend a lot of time on this because I don’t need to. I read until I feel satisfied. And it’s rarely from the same book each day.

I don’t believe you HAVE to do anything. In fact, I actually think you’ll be MORE successful if you’re getting enough sleep, working out, eating well, spending significant time not working and disconnected, etc…. basically you have to take care of yourself if you want to be able to build and maintain a successful business. 10 hours in the car, lots to unpack and put away before jumping into a little work before I can finally go to bed after what feels like the longest day ever.
I knew I barely had anything in the fridge because I was gone for 10 days so I cleaned it out before I left. I also knew I wouldn’t want to go to the grocery store tonight… so I could have just eaten something out of the freezer or some ramen or went through a drive thru but instead I planned ahead.

You guys already know I’m all about getting shit done in business but I’m not sure if you realize that it’s also a lifestyle. In every portion of my life I work to make things as efficient as possible. That includes tools, a strategy, a mindset or a product, I am all about finding things that fit and work for me.
