New Year, new me?


Ha. Nope. That’s not how it works. We all know that 9 times out of 10, resolutions don’t stick. 


This topic has been hot on my mind for a couple of months now and i’ve been bursting at the seams to share more about this with as many people as I can. 

In this week’s podcast I wanted to have some real, raw conversations about why! And more importantly how you can switch it.  I go into the depth of why they don’t work and how we’re so programmed/pressured to create them so we do it anyway. 


I believe in setting a theme for the year that blankets over the months to come so every action you take is connected by that core desire or way you want to show up. 


I wanted to give some examples of ways you can incorporate this into your thought process as we’re shifting from one year to the next. I also explain why reflection is the key component to any good goal or mission. 


So let’s dive in deeper and get you thinking about ways to make this the best year yet.
